re-sanctioned by Parrot Heads in Paradise (PHiP) on 7/5/2007.

Jimmy Buffett Concert
will be at Waikiki, Shell 10/4/2007- Club tickets not
available through PHiP during first year of club membership.
Treasurer’s Report:

GE license obtained, club bank account opened at Central Pacific Bank in
Kapolei.
·
Bank account balance is $300.88 dollars.
Total
income $565 less expenses of $264.12 = $300.88

Membership:

Results of the last three
membership drives / club meetings have resulted in a total club membership
of 42 club memberships purchased.

Old Business:

restructuring Pau Hana Parrot Head Chapter, set up as a NonProfit club,
obtain GE tax license, open bank account and PO Box.

drafted PauHana Parrot Head Club By-
Laws (copy posted on website).

Motion made to nominate
Nelson Lampert to vacant club Secretary Position.
(awaiting Nelsons decision to accept position).

reimburse Lee Walters $22.00 for printing
expenses for Flyers and Club Applications.

Motion made to establish a t-shirt committee.
-topic went to discussion and tabled while we are awaiting more for
volunteers for committee, additional design inputs and price quotes to
vote on at next meeting.
